Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. We currently do not offer direct exchanges; please return the original item and place a new order.
